Day 1- Arrive Delhi
Arrive Delhi early in the morning. Transfer to hotel. (Room
blocked from previous night to ensure immediate occupancy).
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning, sightseeing tour of New
Delhi. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of Old Delhi. Overnight
at hotel.
Day 2- To Agra
After breakfast, proceed to Agra . On arrival check in at
hotel. Afternoon, visit the Agra Fort and later take a Tonga
ride to Taj Mahal to arrive there to see the monument during
the sunset. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3- To Jaipur
After breakfast, proceed to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur
Sikri - 37 Kms. Continue drive to Jaipur enroute visiting
the step well at Abhaneri. On arrival, check in at hotel.
Overnight at hotel
Day 4- In Jaipur
After breakfast, excursion to Amber Fort including elephant
ride, enroute photography stop at Hawa Mahal or the Palace
of Winds. Afternoon, sightseeing tour of the city of Jaipur
visiting the Maharaja's city palace, and the Museum. Later
enjoy a rickshaw ride through the shopping centre of Jaipur.
Day 5- To Jodhpur
Afternoon, proceed to railway station to take an evening
train departing Jaipur at 1700 hours and arriving Jodhpur
at 2200 hours. Assistance on arrival and transfer to Hotel.
Day 6- In Jodhpur
After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Jodhpur visiting the
Mehrangarh Fort, Jaswant Thada and Mandore Gardens. Afternoon
excursion to take a jeep safari to the Bishnoi villages
to see the tribal life. The Bishnoi (followers of Guru Jamboji
of the 15th century, and his 29 principles) arguably, are
the first ecologists of the world. They protect trees and
animals of their land. They worship the magnificent black
buck, as an incarnation of Lord Krishna. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7- To Udaipur
After breakfast continue to Ranakpur - about 130 kms, to
see the beautiful Jain Temples. Later proceed to Udaipur
- 90 kms, and arrive there in the evening. Check in at hotel.
Overnight at hotel.
Day 8- In Udaipur
After breakfast, sightseeing tour of Udaipur. Afternoon
at leisure.
Day 9- Fly to Delhi or Mumbai
Forenoon at leisure. Afternoon departure transfer to take
a flight to Delhi or Mumbai. Assistance on arrival to connect
flight for onward destination.
